Our hotel offers the possibility to use an adapter/plug suitable for international use. Please inform the reception if you need one.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. It is regulated by the thermostat on the wall or on the right side of the fan-coil. To operate the air conditioning device, please insert the room card in the card holder located at the entrance door in the case of superior rooms. The device does not work with open doors and windows.
Upon prior request, we provide a travel cot, baby bath, potty, bottle warmer, anti-slip mat, step, toilet seat, and baby monitor for children.
Our hotel accepts Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro bank cards.
Our hotel has a barrier-free room for our guests arriving in self-propelled and electric wheelchairs, or a barrier-free room designed for people with reduced mobility, with a bathroom with a shower, bathroom grab bars, and a seat.
You will find bathrobes for adults and children in the room. We will change them as needed. Please leave them in the room when you leave.
Our guests can use the neighboring beach, which is located in front of the hotel, across the highway, and can be accessed through a gate on the property. You can obtain an access card for the beach at the reception desk. Please take care of the card, as we will charge 10,000 HUF if it is lost.
We change every 3 days. If you would like new bed linen earlier, please let us know. If you require an extra blanket, thrown or pillow, please contact reception. We only use an anti-allergenic bed linen in our hotel. If you have notified us in advance, you can request a memory foam or foam anatomical pillow.

Restaurant In addition to buffet breakfast and buffet dinner, A’la carte dining is also available. Our seasonally renewed A’la carte menu offers exciting dishes made with fresh, local ingredients. If you have a special diet, please inform our reception colleagues.

In case of early departure, a cold package can be requested instead of breakfast. Please notify us of your request at reception by 8:00 PM the day before departure.
With the comfort of our guests in mind, our hotel pays special attention to the periodic control of mosquitoes and spiders. Due to the direct waterfront environment, however, we are unfortunately unable to keep these uninvited guests away completely. Therefore, we ask our guests to prefer using the air conditioning in the evening hours instead of ventilation during the summer. We are unable to accept complaints about mosquitoes and spiders entering the room uninvited due to windows or balcony doors left open.

The room is available until 10:00 on the day of departure. Extension is possible for a fee, depending on the availability of our hotel. Please inquire at reception for details.
Room cleaning is automatically carried out every other day, and the trash bins are emptied daily – unless the "Do Not Disturb" sign is placed on the door handle.
If you do not wish to use the daily trash emptying, cleaning, or linen change service, please use the sign.
If you would prefer daily cleaning, please inform the reception or place the "Please Clean" sign on your door.
After cleaning, we will leave a card in your room with the name of the staff member who cleaned your room that day.
To provide the highest level of service to our guests, please rate your satisfaction with the work of our cleaning staff on the questionnaire placed in your room.
If you have pets, please place the appropriate sign on the door handle and do not leave them unattended during daily cleaning.
We provide a co-working area for our guests, where printing facilities are available. If necessary, we can provide laptops at our reception desk.
Depending on availability on the day of arrival, we can provide early check-in for a surcharge, or late check-out on the day of travel. Please inquire at reception for details.
To turn on the power in our superior rooms, please insert your room card into the card slot at the front door. The mains voltage in our hotel is 230 V / 50 Hz.
We provide our guests with bicycle storage and charging facilities in our closed parking lot. For more information, please ask at reception.

Our event and special rooms provide a peaceful environment for education, training and other events. A conference or ballroom with a capacity of 200 people and a panoramic view is located on the top floor of the hotel, connected to a covered-open terrace with a panoramic view of Lake Balaton. It can be divided into four parts, can be opened with the bar area on the floor, has natural lighting, air conditioning and is equipped with modern technical and presentation equipment. We also provide coffee breaks and meals on request. We are happy to present our rooms and provide further information.
Our colleagues working in both the wellness wing and reception are qualified in first aid.

1. Retention period
Personal items left in the hotel during your stay (except those detailed in point 5 below) will be kept for a maximum of 6 months. After this period, the hotel has the right to dispose of them.
2. Liability
The hotel is not responsible for items left in the room, their integrity, preservation of condition or disappearance. We will try to take care of them as much as possible during their storage, but we cannot guarantee this.
3. Identification
If the item left in the hotel can be identified, the search will be carried out based on the booking number. For more accurate identification, please provide the date of your stay, your name and your booking ID when making an inquiry.
4. Return of items
Guests may personally collect items left behind at the hotel after prior arrangement.
Return by postal or courier service is made exclusively at the request of the Guest, at his own expense and responsibility. The exact shipping fee depends on the chosen shipping method.
The hotel cannot be held responsible for packaging and any damage that may occur during shipping.
5. Exceptions
We are unable to store perishable food, cosmetics and other items that pose a problem from a hygiene or health perspective.

Luggage can be stored free of charge in a locked, secure location in the luggage room on the ground floor.
Our massages are available on the -1st floor in the wellness wing. Please contact the Wellness reception staff to arrange an appointment.

The hotel allows pets under the supervision of the Guest, for a fee. The Guest is responsible for any damage caused by the pet. Pets are not allowed in our hotel restaurant or the Wellness building. We accept pets up to a maximum weight of 15kg.
In our wellness area:
• 25-meter swimming pool (water surface: 150 m2; water temperature: 27-28 °C; water depth: 1.5 m),
• children's paddling pool (32-35 °C, 40 cm deep),
• indoor whirlpool (water surface: 13 m2; water temperature: 35-38 °C; water depth: 0.9 m)
are at your disposal.
The nearest post office is in the city center, at the train station. We keep a first aid kit at the reception, which also includes plasters and bandages. Our guests can find a pharmacy and an emergency room at the Siófok City Hospital and Clinic (1 km).
We provide printing services at the request of our guests with due discretion and for an additional fee.
Information about bus, train and ship schedules can be requested at reception.
Your opinion and comments about our hotel during your stay are important to us and will help us improve the quality of our services. Please complete the guest questionnaire sent electronically after your departure. The questionnaires will be entered into a draw, the prize of which is a 2-night stay for 2 people in our hotel with half board.
Our hotel reception is available to our guests every day of the week, where at least one of our colleagues who speaks a foreign language will provide you with assistance.

We are happy to provide our guests with champagne, fresh fruit platters, or even gift cards upon request, which we will place in your room for an additional fee.

Please let us know your requirements in advance or during your stay so that we can provide you with room amenities that meet your needs and ensure your comfort.
There is a laptop-sized safe with instructions in the room wardrobe. If the room safe is not suitable, you can also request that your valuables be placed in the central safe at the hotel reception, which request should be notified of the reception in advance. Our hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the room.
In the wellness wing on the -1st floor, there is an infrared cabin (63 °C), a large Finnish bio sauna (95 °C), a light therapy aroma sauna (75 °C), a steam cabin (52 °C, 110% humidity) and a salt room (24 °C).

A shoeshine kit is available in the room next to the safe, and there is a shoeshine machine in the hotel lobby next to the entrance.
In accordance with the implementation of Act XLII of 1999 on the Protection of Non-Smokers, the hotel is a non-smoking establishment. Accordingly, smoking is prohibited in the hotel's closed rooms (including guest rooms) and public areas. The hotel has placed signs reminding guests of the obligation to comply with the legislation in the areas prescribed by the legislation. According to the relevant regulations, smoking is permitted in the designated smoking area outside.
The sun terrace, available from spring to autumn, can be accessed from the pool area.

You can make domestic and international calls directly from your room. Calls from one of your rooms to another room are free of charge. Please dial the number of the desired room. To make an outgoing call from the hotel, please press the 0 button and then dial the phone number you wish to call.
Shower gel, liquid soap, shower cap and sewing kit are provided in the bathroom. Toiletries (razor, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers, feminine hygiene products) can be purchased at the reception for a fee.
They are provided in the bathroom and are replaced every three days, depending on demand. If you require anything different, we will charge an additional fee for them, which we ask you to inform us about at the reception. Please throw them on the floor if you no longer wish to use them and request fresh towels. Environmental protection is important to our employees and our hotel; we would like to avoid unnecessary pollution of the environment with detergents. Please take this into account when requesting fresh towels.
