Museum of World Wars

The Museum of the World Wars was founded by Péter Tarr, a history teacher from Zamárdi, from his private collection. As a result of nearly three decades of research, more than a thousand World War relics are on display. Alongside weapons, equipment, uniforms and medals, visitors can admire pieces of aircraft and tank wrecks, while contemporary photographs, documents, personal objects and Holocaust relics offer a glimpse into human destinies, bringing the horrors of the two world wars closer to the 21st century.
