Notice Regarding the Use of an Electronic Monitoring System
Dear Guests,
We hereby inform you that SH-Fejlesztő Kft. operates an electronic monitoring system (CCTV system) at the Hotel Yacht**** Wellness & Business Siófok located at 8600 Siófok, Vitorlás street 12-14. The electronic monitoring systems of the hotel are managed by the employees of SH-Fejlesztő Kft.
Please note that the rules for recording, using, and retaining image and sound recordings are governed by Act CXXXIII of 2005 on the Rules of Personal and Property Protection and Private Investigation Activities (Szvtv.), as well as by Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information (Info tv.). The operation of the electronic monitoring system is based on the explicit consent as specified in Section 30 (2) of the Szvtv., for the purpose of protecting human life, physical safety, and property, preventing, detecting, apprehending perpetrators of illegal acts, and providing evidence of violations. Please note that by entering areas monitored by cameras after reading this notice, you give your explicit consent to the processing of data.
The scope of the processed data includes the image, voice, and other personal data of Guests captured on the recordings.

The electronic monitoring system operates 24 hours a day, every day of the week, and the recordings are stored on a server in the server room for 30 days.
To ensure the secure handling of personal data, the protection of data stored on the server is guaranteed by personal usernames and passwords, enabling the identification of authorized individuals and the time of their access.
The live camera feed can be viewed by authorized employees of SH-Fejlesztő Kft. The recordings may be viewed by the hotel director, their deputy, or, in their absence, the acting duty manager.
Access to the stored footage is only granted to authorized individuals in cases where human life, physical safety, or property is at risk, or to provide evidence of violations or incidents.
SH-Fejlesztő Kft. records the names of individuals accessing the recordings, the reason for access, and the time of access in a log.
Data transfer is only possible in cases of illegal behaviour or breaches of obligations, upon the request of the relevant authorities or courts. The data that may be shared include the relevant footage and the names of individuals appearing in the recordings.
We inform you that affected individuals whose rights or legitimate interests are impacted by the recording may request a copy of the footage, and may also request the deletion of the recordings in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. Additionally, individuals whose rights or legitimate interests are impacted by the recording may request, within 3 working days of the recording, that SH-Fejlesztő Kft. refrain from deleting or destroying the recording, by providing proof of their rights or legitimate interest.
Furthermore, you may request information about the handling of your personal data from SH-Fejlesztő Kft. at any time. You may also request the correction or blocking of your personal data in accordance with applicable legal provisions, and you may object to the processing of your personal data.
Please note that in the event of a violation of your rights, you may seek legal recourse in accordance with the relevant legal provisions. You may also initiate an investigation with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information if you believe that a violation of data protection laws has occurred or is at risk of occurring.
The cameras monitor the exterior entrances and public areas of the hotel. The primary purpose of the surveillance is the protection of the hotel’s property, assets, stock, and the belongings of the hotel Guests. Therefore, it is especially justified to monitor the entrances, reception, and common areas of the hotel. The secondary purpose of the surveillance is to prevent and investigate accidents occurring in the common areas.
